Tulsa Paver Designs is dedicated solely to the installation of pavers and segmental retaining walls. We believe this specialization makes us the best at what we do.

Owner Frank Malkemus brings a broad range of experience to everything we do.  With over 20 years in the construction field, over 15 in landscaping and over 12 in pavers and hardscapes, Frank is uniquely qualified to successfully install any and all installation projects. Add to that the fact that much of his early experience was gained on the West Coast where the paver market is mature, standards are exacting, and expectations are high— and you can be assured of receiving the highest quality work.

CERTIFICATIONS: Tulsa Paver Designs has high professional standards and in fact the Interlocking Concrete Pavers Institute (ICPI) has certified us as installers. We are also certified by the National Concrete Masonry Association for the installation of segmental retaining walls.
